Seltene zweite Ausgabe der Werke von Apuleius, vorher nur eine Ausgabe von 1469, gedruckt in Rom bei Sweynheyn und Pannartz. - HC 1316 - GW 2302 - BMC VII, 1047 - Goff-A 935 - Teils etwas fleckig bzw. gelegentlich etwas wasserfleckig, durchgehend mit Randannotationen in Braun u. Schwarz, ab Bl. O iiii mit kleinem Eckabriss, im weiteren Verlauf größer werdend u. ergänzt (ohne Textverlust), große Initialen nicht eingemalt.

Not numbered leaves (missing the first and the last white leaf). Half calf of the 19th centure with gilt-stamped title on spine (slightly rubbed). Rare second edition of oeuvres by Apuleis. - Partly slightly stained resp. waterstained, throughout annotation to the margin in brown and black, from the leaf 0 iiii with small tear-off at the corner, onwards larger and completed (no text loss), initials not filled.
