Blind stamped pigskin (slightly rubbed and stained, corners knocked, missing ties). - First with woodcuts illustrated edition by Jost Amman. Collected edition. Bound with index of an another edition. - Slightly browned and sporadically lightly finger- or waterstained. Numerous contemporary notes and underlinings. Some leaves worm-eaten on the margin, page 269 with a inkspot, page 393 with a tear and a tear-off on the margin (no text loss). Altogether a beautiful copy.
