Ader-Nordmann is a French auction house whose origins date back to 1692 in Paris. It is part of the Drouot Group. Under the impetus of auctioneers Fernand Lair-Dubreuil, Étienne Ader and Rémi Ader, it marked the 20th century. David Nordmann took over direction of the company in 2005. Xavier Dominique joined him in 2017. ADER SVV is one of the leading auction houses in France, currently occupying 7th place among operators in the "arts and collectibles" sector, with 20% growth per year. ADER organizes a minimum of two to four sales per year in each of its many specialties, equalling roughly 80 sales in 2019. The team is made up of about twenty multi-skilled people. Specialized in XXth Century Arts (numerous sales of modern, abstract and contemporary paintings) as well as Decorative Arts, Ancient & Modern Prints, Autograph Manuscripts & Letters, Precious Books and Photographs, ADER is also very present in more traditional fields: Furniture - Works of Art, Jewellery and Silverware, Asian Arts, Islamic & Indian Arts, Russian Art, Historical Souvenirs, Numismatics, Philately, Gold, Wines & Spirits, Vinyls and Judaica.
