A WOOD SASHI NETSUKE OF A WASP IN A LOOFAH GOURD

The wasp gnawing a large hole into the gourd, the smooth gourd pierced with gnawed and decayed holes, a leafy vine trailing down the length of the gourd, the wasp's eyes inlaid; signed Kogetsu. 14.8cm (5 13/16in) high.
