1928 Talbot M67 limousine familiale No reserve Carte grise française Châssis n° 67322 - Belle limousine familiale - Mécanique intéressante - Depuis 47 ans dans la collection - Sans réserve Présentée au Salon de Paris 1927, la M67 connaîtra un véritable succès commercial et marque un tournant dans la production Talbot, puisque par la suite, tous les modèles produits seront équipés d'un moteur d'au moins six cylindres. En effet, le capot de la M67 dissimule le six cylindres à soupapes en tête de 2L mis au point par l'ingénieur Vincenzo Bertarione. Sa puissance lui permettait des performances supérieures à la moyenne. Ce bel exemplaire est habillé d'une carrosserie limousine et est entré en 1972 dans la collection d'André Trigano. Auparavant, il était demeuré en Haute-Garonne depuis 1954. L'équipe du musée lui a fait bénéficier d'une restauration qui remonte à plus d'une vingtaine d'années. En tant que limousine familiale, elle dispose de nombreux éléments spécifiques qui contribuent à assoir son image statutaire : jantes artillerie, malle de voyage, phares Marchal Trilux, radiateur à volets thermostatiques, ou encore pare-chocs à double tubes… A l'intérieur, le luxueux habitacle en tissu a été restauré et comporte une paire de strapontins face à face. La restauration ancienne dont a bénéficié cette belle automobile lui confère aujourd'hui un état de présentation homogène, et il sera certainement aisé de lui faire reprendre la route. Nous informons les acheteurs que l'ensemble des véhicules de la collection ont été peu utilisés ces dernières années s'agissant d'une collection muséale. Ils sont donc vendus en l'état, sans contrôle technique et devront bénéficier d'une révision générale avant de reprendre la route. French title Chassis n° 67322 - Elegant family sedan - Interesting mechanicals - 47 years in the collection - No reserve Introduced during the 1927 Paris Show, the M67 was immediately a success and marked a turning point in the Talbot production since all models then were equipped with engines of minimum 6 cylinders. The M67 featured a 6cyl, 2L, overhead cam engine developed by Vincezo Bertatrione. Its power allowed the M67 to outperform most other vehicles in its class. This beautiful example is finished in a limousine body and joined the Trigano collection in 1972 having previously resided in Haute-Garonne since 1954. The museum team restored the car more than 20 years ago. As a family limousine, it has many specific elements that contribute to its statutory image: artillery rims, travel trunk, Marchal Trilux headlights, radiator with thermostatic flaps, and a double tube bumper... Inside, the luxurious fabric interior has been restored and features a pair of folding seats facing each other. The old restoration of this beautiful car left it in a homogenous current state and it will certainly be easy to take it back on the road. We inform buyers that all the vehicles in the collection have been little used during the last years as they are part of a museum collection. They are sold as presented and therefore require recommissioning before being driven on the public roads. © Peter Singhof
