Acquis au même endroit que son homologue de la collection, ce LVT a subi un reconditionnement partiel de la coque extérieure et du train de roulement. Les chenilles à godets sont complètes et en bon état. La porte arrière est manquante, elle a été remplacée par une imitation pour la présentation muséographique. Le moteur, un Continental radial 7cylindres, est fourni en l'état de démontage. Il est à reconditionner complètement. Pièce rare en collection, ce LVT4 mérite une restauration complète et fonctionnelle, il est vendu avec deux palettes de pièces détachées en l'état. History: refer to lot n°71 Origin and condition - Description: The collection's LVT4 is presented in a scenery evoking the crossing of the Rhine in March 1945. This operation helped accelerate the end of the war. All LVT models are rare in a collection, especially those you could consider entirely restoring in running condition. This LVT was bought at the same place as its sibling and has undergone partial restoration of the body's exterior and running gear. The bucket tracks are complete and in good condition. The rear door is missing, it has been replaced by a fake door for the museography. The engine, a radial Continental 7 cylinder, will be provided separately.
