De teinte "Burgundy" avec filets or et intérieur en cuir rouge, elle avait été commandée avec quelques particularités comme une antenne électrique, des pneus à flancs blancs, un avertisseur spécial, des moquettes en laine, des vitres électriques et teintées. Bien que fabriquée en 1962, elle a été livrée en 1963, ce qui explique la date de sa première immatriculation. Après le décès de Max Busch, la voiture a été vendue à L. Bennett qui l'a gardée cinq ans avant de la céder à J. Klein. En 1989, la voiture est revenue en Europe où elle a été achetée par un amateur suédois, auprès de qui un autre collectionneur de même nationalité, en a fait l'acquisition. En 2008, elle a changé de mains, puis elle a été achetée par le propriétaire actuel, collectionneur européen qui recherchait ce modèle rarissime. Souhaitant que la voiture soit parfaitement à son goût, il en a fait modifier la couleur par English-Automotive (anciennement Peter Fisher), à l'occasion de travaux qui ont totalisé quelque 50 000 €. La teinte choisie, "Shell Grey", était au catalogue Bentley de l'époque et elle s'accorde parfaitement bien avec la somptueuse sellerie bordeaux d'origine. Plus récemment, une opération d'entretien a été effectuée pour un total de 15 000 £ et, depuis l'ensemble de ces travaux, la voiture a parcouru moins de 500 km. Sur les 87 exemplaires de Continental Flying Spur produit seulement 18 sont à conduite à gauche. Avec son historique très suivi, son état magnifique, son équipement et ses spécifications, il s'agit sans doute d'une des plus intéressantes Continental S3 Flying Spur existantes. Finished in Burgundy with gold coach lines and a red leather interior, it was ordered with some special features, including an electric aerial, whitewall tyres, a special horn, wool carpets, electric windows and tinted glass. Although built in 1962, it was delivered in 1963, which explains the date of its first registration. After the death of Max Busch, the car was sold to L. Bennett, who kept it for five years, before selling it to J. Klein. In 1989, the car returned to Europe, where it was bought by a Swedish enthusiast, from whom a collector, who was also Swedish, acquired it. In 2008, it changed hands and was then purchased by its current owner, a European collector who was looking for this very rare model. He wanted the car to be exactly to his taste and therefore had the colour changed by English Automotive (formerly Peter Fisher), as part of a programme of work amounting to some €50,000. The colour he chose, "Shell Grey", was part of Bentley's range in period and goes perfectly with the lavish original burgundy upholstery. More recently, service work costing more than £15,000 has been carried out, and since then the car has covered less than 500 km. Of the 87 Continental Flying Spurs built, only 18 had left-hand drive.
