Le moteur est d'origine Colombo et dérivé de la GTO. Le modèle succède à la 250 GTE, la cylindrée étant augmentée de 960 cm3, et la puissance passant de 240 à 300 ch. Dès 1965, Pininfarina dessine un nouvel avant à deux phares, plus seyant et plus élégant que les quatre de la version précédente. Ce modèle produit en 455 exemplaires de 1965 à 1967, est équipé d'une boîte cinq vitesses au lieu de quatre et overdrive sur les séries précédentes. La vitesse maximum était de 240 km/h, le 400 mètres départ arrêté est couvert en 15'9 et le mile en 28'2. La 330 GT a été accueillie par la presse spécialisée de l'époque, comme un modèle Ferrari plus urbain, conçu plus pour le grand tourisme que la compétition. La Ferrari 330 série II que nous présentons ici a été délivrée neuve par le concessionnaire SVEA Ferrari de Bari, en Italie, en mai 1967. Elle était alors grise, intérieur en cuir Rosso VM3171. Son intérieur est toujours celui d'origine et il a bénéficié d'un traitement particulier qui lui donne toute sa splendeur actuel. La voiture est toujours restée entre les mains de collectionneurs italiens, incluant l'actuel qui la possède depuis 12 ans, grand amateur des productions de Maranello. En 2014, la voiture est envoyée chez " Scuderia Baldini Il Cavallino" à Rome pour une restauration complète dans les règles de l'art. Un sublime Blu Sera Metallic sera alors choisi pour mettre en valeur de manière encore plus élégante la ligne de ce très beau modèle. La mécanique est profondément révisée et contrôlée par le célèbre Toni Auto de Maranello. Elle fonctionne de manière optimale depuis. Ce superbe exemplaire a passé avec un grand succès l'examen de l'ASI et en a obtenu la récompense suprême…l'ASI Oro, plaque qu'elle porte à l'avant. Egalement, elle obtient la certification Ferrari Classiche en juin 2014. Le livre rouge sera donc livré au futur acquéreur. Il s'agit d'une 330 GT 2+2 dans un état rare, dans sa meilleure série avec ses simple phares. Son intérieur est absolument splendide et lui donne beaucoup de panache et d'élégance. Il s'agit certainement d'un des plus beaux exemplaires que nous connaissons. Italian title Chassis n° 9419 Engine n° 9419 - Ferrari Classiche Certification and 'ASI Oro' - Completely restored in 2014 - Exceptional colour combination The first version of the 330 GT 2 + 2 was presented at the Brussels Motor Show in 1964, with a Columbo engine derived from that of the GTO. It was a successor to the 250 GTE, and the engine increased in capacity to 960cc and the power up from 240 bhp to 300 bhp. In 1965 Pininfarina re-styled the front, which became more elegant with two single headlights, rather than the four used on the previous version. Some 455 examples of this series were built between 1965 and 1967, equipped with a five-speed gearbox, rather than the previous four-speed with overdrive version. The car boasted a top speed of 240 km/h, and covered 0 - 400 metres in 15.9 seconds and a mile in 28.2. The 330 GT was well received by the specialist press, and seen as a more urban Ferrari, better suited to touring than competition. The Ferrari 330 series II on offer was delivered new by the SVEA Ferrari dealer in Bari, Italy, in May 1967, presented in grey with Rosso VM3171 leather interior. The car still has its original interior which has been treated and is presented in splendid condition. It has always been owned by Italian collectors. This includes the current owner, a huge Maranello enthusiast who has owned this car for 12 years. In 2014, the car was sent to " Scuderia Baldini Il Cavallino" in Rome for a full-scale restoration. A sublime shade of metallic Blu Sera was selected to enhance the elegant styling of this handsome model. A major mechanical inspection and service was carried out by Toni Auto in Maranello, and the car has run perfectly since then. This superb example passed the ASI inspection with flying colours, awarded the 'ASI Oro', as confirmed by the plaque on the front. The car also received Ferrari Classiche certification in June 2014 and the red folder will be passed to the new owner. This is a 330 GT 2+2 in rare condition, one of the most desirable single-headlight series. It boasts an absolutely splendid interior, and is undoubtedly one of the best examples that we have seen. © Loïc Kernen
