1973 Alfa Romeo Montreal Titre de circulation italien Châssis n° AR1428328 - Excellent état d'origine - Combinaison de couleurs très désirable - Indémodable Pour l'exposition internationale de Montréal en 1967, il fut demandé à Alfa Romeo de présenter une voiture représentative du symbole de la plus grande aspiration que l'homme puisse réaliser en matière d'automobile . La réponse fut un prototype étudié en collaboration avec Bertone, appelé Montréal pour la circonstance. Trois ans plus tard, lors de sa mise en production, Alfa motorisait cette voiture de haut de gamme avec le superbe moteur de la voiture de course Type 33 qui développait 230 ch pour 2,6 litres de cylindrée, soit 88,5 ch. au litre de cylindrée, mieux que les V8 Ferrari ! Cette belle Montréal a été livrée neuve en Italie avec la climatisation, dans sa livrée marron glacé , couleur certainement la plus élégante pour ce modèle. Elle se trouve dans un excellent état d'origine, jamais accidentée et sans corrosion. Il est rarissime de trouver une Montréal dans cet état qui prouve un entretien toujours méticuleux et une utilisation douce. Son intérieur est en tissu beige, ses moquettes marron clair en excellent état. Côté mécanique, son embrayage vient juste d'être changé, quant au moteur, il montre un fonctionnement sans faille. Les Montréal demeurent de vrais collectors, puissantes, équilibrées à l'image forte et à la sportivité affirmée. The answer was the two prototypes designed by Marcello Gandini of Bertone, called the Montreal for the occasion. Three years later, when it launched production, Alfa Romeo decided to set up a powerful engine in the engine bay, in keeping with the car's more upmarket image: the redoubtable engine of the Type 33 race car, which developed 230bhp from its 2.6-liter engine, 88.5bhp per liter of displacement, better than Ferrari's V8! This beautiful Montreal was delivered new in Italy with the air conditioning in its livery of marron glacé or a metallic light brown, certainly the most elegant color for this model.
