Pour obtenir un tel succès, la 308 GTB combine un V8 de 3 litres compact et performant en position centrale, une ligne élégante signée Pininfarina et un comportement sportif qui vont lui attirer une clientèle de passionnés. En 1985, son moteur passe à 3,2 litres, ce qui porte la puissance à 270 ch et la vitesse de pointe à près de 260 km/h. Ce changement s'accompagne de nouveautés esthétiques, sous la forme de pare-chocs avant et arrière plus enveloppants et d'un aileron de toit. Cette nouvelle version prend l'appellation 328 et va poursuivre la réussite de la 308, avec une diffusion qui dépassera 7 500 exemplaires. En finition GTS, elle bénéficie d'un toit amovible, ce qui permet de profiter des rayons du soleil. La 328 GTS présentée ici a été achetée en 2005 chez Artcurial. Le compteur kilométrique affiche 89 972 km et son état est satisfaisant, sans travaux majeurs à prévoir puisque les courroies ont été changées par le mécanicien du collectionneur. Son intérieur en cuir noir est en bon état et tout fonctionne. Elle est équipée de sa trousse à outils complète et offre une belle présentation globale. Ces modèles sont de plus en plus recherchés tant leur facilité d'entretien, leur comportement et leur agrément de conduite font leurs qualités. To achieve this success, the 308 GTB combined a compact and powerful mid-positioned 3-litre V8 engine with elegant styling by Pininfarina and sporty handling that attracted a clientèle of enthusiasts. In 1985, the engine increased in size to 3.2-litres producing 270 bhp, giving a top speed of close to 260 km/h. This upgrade was accompanied by aesthetic modifications including more enveloping bumpers at front and rear and a spoiler on the roof. This new version was called the 328 and continued the success story started by the 308, with over 7500 examples built. The GTS version has the benefit of a removable roof panel, allowing its occupants to make the most of sunny weather. The 328 GTS presented here was bought at Artcurial in 2005. The odometer displays 89 972 km and it is in satisfactory condition, with no major work to be envisaged as the belts were changed by the collector's mechanic. The black leather interior is in good condition and everything is in working order. It is complete with its toolkit and the overall presentation is nice. These models are becoming increasingly popular, being easy to maintain, great to drive and offering superb handling.
