The signed 3.75 inch silvered dial with Roman hours and minute track framing the power reserve dial marked in 8-hour increments over an Arabic running seconds dial. The movement with spotted plates united with plain pillars and brass screws, a diamond endstone to the freesprung blued steel helical spring to a cut and compensated bimetallic balance with twin timing screws and four cylindrical weights, maintaining power to the chain fusee and Earnshaw type detent escapement. Suspended in a bakelite bowl and gimbals in a blonde oak two-part case with wooden handles and sprung catch.
