Partie de service en porcelaine de Meissen Hausmaler, circa 1725-30 A rare Meissen Hausmaler part service, circa 1725-30 Each moulded with fruiting and leafy vines decorated in Augsburg probably in the workshop of Johann Aufenwerth in enamels and gilding with additional gilt strap and scrollwork, the handles and spouts gilt, elaborate gilt scrollwork borders to the rims, the interiors with gilt chinoiserie vignettes om scrollwork brackets, comprising: A silver-gilt-mounted coffee pot and cover (the mounts marked for Elias Adam, Augsburg, 21cm high); A teapot and cover (12cm high); An oval sugar box and cover (12cm across); A tea canister and cover (10 cm high); A waste bowl (8.2cm high; 16.5cm diam.); Six teabowls and saucers, (two saucers restuck, tea cannister cover restuck, coffee pot finial replaced, minor wear and losses) (21) Literature: S.-K.
