On the outer sides two dragon heads - as known from the so-called C-dragons - protruding towards the rear. The combination of two creatures is a typical feature of Hongshan jade art. So far a unique representation! Brownish to slightly greenish jade with reddish vermilion discolorations. The surface with clear signs of age. Intact. Length 24 cm. Height 5.4 cm. Weight 2.95 kg.
