A large Chinese porcelain blue and white porcelain sleeve vase (筒瓶), The vase is painted with an outdoor scene depicting an official with his attendants in conversation with two barefooted men and a boy leading a water buffalo, all below a band of incised scrolling flowers to the shoulder and stylised lappets to the mouth rim.
