A Rare French transforming flintlock musket, Foret Dubouchet a St Etienne, last quarter of the 18th century. The musket has an octagon-to-round 15 mm cal.barrel. On the flintlock panel is the inscription F. Dubouchet a St Etienne. Wooden short stock. The butt and barrel can be removed and the remainder used as a pistol. Very rare and interesting flintlock musket design. The set includes a key for removing the barrel. A wonderful collectible in excellent condition. Length 124 cm.
