The powerful ricasso with the original leather cover, two sturdy guards at the side. The blackened, ridged quillons with large, double guard rings and finger rests. The ends of the quillons and parts of the guard rings with remnants of gilding. Stepped grip, the original leather cover with incised ornamentation. The double tapered pommel with eight grooves and incised ornamentation, every second rib with remnants of gilding. A circular, riveted finial. Old collection numbers attached. Length 179 cm.
