The car got a complete restoration - including the engine and the gearbox were disassembled and refurbished. The 2002s Turbo has a comprehensive equipment such as its interior which is upholstered with black leather, a Billstein chassis, a racing tank with a capacity of 80 liters, original Alpina wheels as well as a sunroof. The car has an H-approval and a birth certificate which proves that the car has ‘matching numbers’. This is one of the few of 1,670 pieces built BMW 2002 Turbo, which have been preserved. BMW In 1916 the Bayerische Motoren Werke AG were founded. Since 1917, all products carry the company logo, which was designed in accordance with the Bavarian national colors white and blue. Furthermore, a reference to aircraft engine can be found in the blue and white company logo: it shows in a stylized form a rotating white airplane propeller against blue sky.
