German 84/98 bayonet. Blade manufactured by J. Mehlich A.G. Berlin, dated 1915, with inspection mark. Fully functional release button. Accompanied by a First World War scabbard with screw above the chape button, and a Second World War blackened leather frog with retaining strap. Shows wear and patina.
