"I draw flowers every day and send them to my friends so they get fresh blooms every morning.” This beautiful print features a cheery blue vase of pink tulips opening and bending towards the light on a simple grey surface. Reminiscent of the artist's minimal sketches and line work, this piece is classic Hockney. Flowers provided a constant source of inspiration for Hockney, who created many floral still lifes.
