Fanion biface en satinette rouge et coton blanc, portant sur chaque face un croissant de lune brodé en canetille dans chaque coin et au centre le chiffre 3 surmontant un croissant de lune, également brodés en canetille dorée. Frangé sur un seul coté en cannetille dorée. Hampe dévissable, avec son extrémité représentant une étoile à 5 branches entourée d'un croissant de lune petit accident à l'un des points de soudure.
