Over the years, the ‘E’ has become naturalized in the name from the addition of the motor index. The total production figure included a total of 957 vehicles. The chassis, with a wheelbase of 2,600 mm, was also used for testing purposes and the development of the new and highly exclusive top model 410 Superamerica Series II. Ultimately, 50 vehicles with the designation 330 America were still produced, which were optically identical with the 250 GTE but already fitted with the new 4 liter, 12-cylinder Colombo engine with 300 hp under the hood. This Ferrari 250 GTE from the first series is in a beautiful, patinated condition. It is no such vehicle that has been restored to a new condition.
