She was a well-known muse of the 20th century and inspired numerous artists, especially those of Surrealism. The work comes from the collection of Edward William Frank James (1907-1984), a British multimillionaire, art collector and patron of surrealism. He met Dalí in the mid-1930s, supported him financially and collected his works. Condition: The drawing is in very good according to age. The paper is minimally wavy. The frame shows slight signs of use. The sheet dimensions are 64 x 48 cm, while the frame measuring 85 x 70 cm.
