Halbbildnis eines außergewöhnlich schönen Mädchens nach rechts in antikem Kostüm mit olivgrüner Seidenbluse, das dunkle Haar am Hinterkopf zusammengesteckt und gebunden durch ein goldfarben-violettes Tuch mit Stirnschleife. Der Hintergrund zeigt eine antike Marmorfläche mit Wandprofil. Das Portrait äußerst fein gemalt in nahezu fotografischer Realistik sowie in feiner Farbempfindung. Das Gemälde gehört in eine Reihe weiterer ähnlich komponierter Halbbildnisse, die jeweils eben-falls südliche Fantasienamen tragen wie etwa Sabinella, 1912, Dorilla, 1913 oder Carina, 1910.
