Kaiserlicher Seiden Peking "Palastteppich" mit Gold-Metallbrokat antik (Qing Dynastie) "Mit Eigentümer Bezeichnung aus dem Sommerpalast Jingfuge" Signatur: "Jing Fu Ge Bei Yong" = "Gemacht für den kaiserlichen Gebrauch im Sommerpalast Halle des äußersten Segens", Nordostchina, 19.Jhd., reine Naturseide mit Gold-Metallbrokat geknüpft auf Baumwolle, Zierfransen in Seide. Kostbarer kaiserlicher Seidenteppich mit reicher Gold-Metallbroschierung und Lotus -Päonien Muster wurde eigens nur für die kaiserlichen Paläste in der verbotenen Stadt Pekings gefertigt. Die verbotene Stadt bestand aus verschiedenen Palästen, jeder dieser Paläste hatte mehrere Räume in dem diese Palastteppiche hingen. Bei diesen bedeutenden Exemplar gibt die obere Kartusche mit alt-chinesischer Schriftzeichen an, dass dieser Teppich für den kaiserlichen Gebrauch im Sommerpalast für die Halle des äußersten Segens (Jingfuge) bestimmt ist. Die Halle des äußersten Segens befindet sich an der Spitze des östlichen Rückens auf dem "Longevity Hills" (Langlebigkeits Hügel). Dieses Prachtexemplar zeigt ein elegantes Medaillon -Nischen Muster auf terracottafarbenen Grund. Das Medaillon und die Nischen sind komplett mit Metall verarbeitet.
