Exceptionnelle planche qui voit l'échec de Monulf, la transformation de Fafnir en dragon inoffensif, chassé par un petit Schtroumpf, la reconstruction du village Schtroumpf et le don à Johan, Pirlouit et au roi des diamants que Monulf avait obligé les Schtroumpfs à schtroumpfer. C'est la planche de conclusion la plus importante de cet album et une des plus concises et efficaces de toute la série. Les Schtroumpfs retrouvent leur tranquillité et nous montrent leur désintérêt pour l'argent et la possession de choses de valeur. Tous les protagonistes de la série sont ici bien représentés. This is an exceptional strip where we witness the doom of Monulf, following the transformation of Fafnir into a harmless dragon, chased by a baby Smurf, the reconstruction of the Smurf village and the gift to Johan, Peewit and the king of the diamonds that Monulf had forced the Smurfs to smurf. This is the most important concluding strip in the album and one of the most concise and effective in the entire series. The Smurfs regain their peace and tranquillity and show their lack of interest for money and valuables. All of the protagonists in the series are well represented here.
