CRESSON (Michel Cresson, maitre 1740), the covering from the Manufacture de Beauvais, Paris circa 1750. Shaped, finely carved and gilt wood with flowers, leaves and frieze. Exceptionally fine coverings with Chinoiserie depictions, flowers and leaves. Gilding requires some restoration. Ca. 70x56x45x98 cm.
