Stehender Bodhisattva. Feuervergoldete Bronze. Tibet. 18. Jh. Der Bodhisattva steht in leichter tribhanga auf einem runden Lotossockel, die Hände zeigen vitarka- und varadamudra. Er trägt ein Hüfttuch mit Schärpe und ist geschückt mit Krone, Ohrgehänge und weiteren Schmuck. Reste von blauer Farbe im Haar. Sockel separat gegossen und verschlossen. Tibet. 18th century A Tibetan gilt bronze figure of a Bodhisattva, standing in slight tribhanga on a separately cast lotus base, the hands in vitarka- and varadamudra, wearing a dhoti with a draped scarf, falling along his legs. He is bejewelled and his hair combed into a chignon and secured with a tiara. Remains of blue colour. Base sealed. 18th century. Height 19.7 cm Provenance Private collection, Northern Germany
