A silver and enamel singing bird box, probably German, probably German import marks T C & Son Ltd, London 1928 Rectangular form, with enamelled lid of pastoral scene, the front with oval cartouche of landscapes, with blue enamel to the sides with front and back with cartouche of fantasy landscapes, the going barrel movement operated by push/pull lever at the side, with feathered bird automaton with wings and beak movements, length 10.1cm, weight gross 473.6gms.
