A clock in white marble depicting an altar surmounted by a female bust, Madrid, 19th century Of neoclassical aspiration, the movement is inscribed in the body of the altar, framed by lion's rings, a white enameled dial with Arabic numerals in black for the hours, on a base flanked on either side by two Medici vases in onyx, a rectangular pedestal with small feet (accidents, restorations, missing keys, no balance wheel), 22.5cm wide, 10cm deep, 40cm high (8 1/2in wide, 3 1/2in deep, 15 1/2in high).
