Completely revised second edition of the first Italian translation of the Protestant Bible, first published in 1607 by the Calvinist G. Diodati. Diodati; it is adorned with a very fine frontispiece by Abraham Bosse dated 1640. Scattered brown spots and several pages browned. The binding is damaged and the spine is missing.
