(1688). (Medicine). Seventeenth-century manuscript containing medical recipes, bound in 1 in-4° volume of 122 pages, contemporary covered vellum. Legibly written in French, this manuscript containing several dozen remedies and recipes was probably copied from a printed book, as books were very expensive and it was customary to copy them by hand.
