In-8 olive morocco, wide gilt lace on covers, floral design at corners, gilt coat of arms in centre, spine ribbed and decorated with gilt flowers, gilt edges (period binding). The central motif represents a lion passing within a crowned coat of arms. The endpapers are made of gilt and embossed Augsburg paper. These were the most expensive decorated papers of their time. Minor spotting on the boards, slight lack at the top of the spine.
