Paris, de l'imprimerie Mame, frères, 1810. 2 volumes of [8]-292 and [6]-297 pages, long-grained red morocco, gilt lace on covers, very ornate smooth spine, gilt edges (Devers). A handsome edition produced using movable copper matrices according to Herhan's process. It is decorated with 2 portraits and 24 plates by Monnet. A fine copy in fine morocco, produced and signed on the spine by Devers, a bookbinder from Lyon. Ex-libris Froissart and Camille Chouvy.
