First edition decorated with 28 finely engraved compositions on metal by Oreste Cortazzo, Italian painter and engraver, pupil of Léon Bonnat. A very fine hand-numbered copy on tinted vellum, with the publisher's initials in a quality lined binding by Louis Guétant, a bookbinder from Lyon. (Vicaire V, 1177).
