Each page represents an element of costume or décor from the Frida Kahlo exhibition in Brussels in 2022 and 2023. This Frida Kahlo book is a moodboard by Isabelle de Borchgrave. Accompanying her models during the creation of a project, the moodboard takes pieces of each paper used for the project. The moodboard gives an overall view of the project and makes it possible to reproduce a paper from a distance if a dress or decorative element needs repairing. Isabelle loved this book, presented in a fabric box, so much that she made 25 copies using the meticulously saved scraps of paper. There are 24 copies, each one unique, including 23 numbered from 1 to 23 and 1 numbered artist's proof E.A. Some copies are accompanied by a signed sketch. An original signed sketch is attached to this copy.
