Cette voiture a ensuite bénéficié, entre 1985 et 1987, d'une restauration complète chez les très réputés ateliers Lecoq, sans considération de coût. La mécanique a de son côté été refaite au garage Sébastopol de Courbevoie. Un ensemble de factures et de photos de la restauration sont disponibles dans le dossier de la voiture. Par la suite, son entretien a été suivi au Garage de la Poste, au Vésinet. Ce séduisant cabriolet de teinte ivoire avec intérieur en cuir rouge se présente donc dans un très bel état, et son compteur n'affiche que 74 830 km. Il dispose d'une boîte Hydramatic et de vitres et sièges à commande hydroélectrique, système qui commande également la capote. Utilisé régulièrement, tous ses équipements sont en état de fonctionnement. Il est équipé de l'autoradio qui était à l'époque proposé en option au prix de 47 $, et le propriétaire a fait poser un catalyseur Eurocat, permettant de rouler au sans-plomb.
