Cette commande a été enregistrée chez Riva sous le numéro 784 et sous le nom "Élodie I", celui de la première épouse de l'acteur, Élodie Constantin. Ce bateau a été ensuite immatriculé aux affaires maritimes de Nice sous le n° NI6359 et amarre´ a` Cannes. Dans les années qui ont suivi la séparation de Jean-Paul Belmondo et Élodie Constantin, une histoire non vérifiée raconte que l'acteur aurait échangé ce Riva contre une Ferrari se trouvant en Sicile. On retrouve la trace d’Elodie I dans les années 2010, alors qu'il appartient à un Monsieur E. V., de Palerme. Ce dernier l'entrepose en l’état (mais complet) dans une grange pendant plusieurs années et, en 2015, il fait paraître une annonce dans le magazine Vivariva où il le présente comme un projet de restauration. C'est là que l'actuel propriétaire le remarque et en fait l'acquisition, avant de le confier au célèbre chantier Marco Aghemio, a` Stresa, pour une restauration complète. Aujourd'hui "Élodie I", vendu sur remorque et posé sur son ber, son dossier de restauration, est dans un état superbe, tant sur le plan cosmétique que mécanique, avec son V8 Chris-Craft 283. Sa coque en bois vernis brille comme au premier jour et, à la banquette rouge et blanche en simili est prête à accueillir un nouvel utilisateur en face de la magnifique planche de bord portant quatre compteurs à entourage chromé. De quoi se laisser porter par l'atmosphère insouciante dont jouissait la jet set des années 60. This order was registered with Riva under the number 784 and the name "Élodie I", the actor's first wife, Élodie Constantin. This boat was then registered with the maritime department of Nice under the number NI6359 and moored in Cannes. In the years following Jean-Paul Belmondo and Élodie Constantin's split, an unverified story says that the actor swapped this Riva for a Ferrari in Sicily. We find traces of Élodie I in the 2010s, when it belonged to a Mr. E. V., from Palermo. The latter stored it as it was (but complete) in a barn for several years and in 2015 he published an ad in Vivariva magazine where he presented it as a restoration project. It was there that the current owner noticed it and acquired it, before entrusting it to the famous Marco Aghemio shipyard, in Stresa, for a complete restoration. Today "Élodie I", sold on a trailer and placed on its cradle, with its restoration file, is in superb condition, both cosmetically and mechanically, with its Chris-Craft 283 V8. Its varnished wooden hull shines as on the first day and the red and white imitation leather bench seat is ready to welcome a new user in front of the magnificent dashboard bearing four counters with chrome surrounds. Enough to let yourself be carried away by the carefree atmosphere enjoyed by the jet set of the 1960s.
