Fait important, cette voiture revint en France entre les mains du domaine et fut ensuite longtemps la propriété d'un ancien gendarme, chargé des escortes de personnalités, proches des sphères du pouvoir. Elle bénéficie des aménagements propres à ce modèle Prestige très exclusif, dont les modifications étaient effectuées dans les ateliers Henri Chapron. Les compartiments avant et arrière sont isolés par une séparation à vitre remontante et la console arrière comporte une commande d'autoradio, une horloge Jaeger, des éclairages de courtoisie et des cendriers. L'espace intérieur est du plus bel effet, ayant bénéficié d'une réfection récente. Les moquettes, selleries et ciel de toit ont été intégralement repris. A l'extérieur, la peinture, refaite dans sa teinte noire d'origine il y a quelques années, arbore une jolie patine. Côté mécanique, la voiture a tout récemment bénéficié d'une révision générale. Cette DS 21 Prestige constitue une pièce rare, qui rappelle à quel point la DS bénéficiait d'une place à part dans le haut de gamme, appréciée les hommes d'État et des industriels. Then the car returned to France and was for a long time the property of a former policeman, responsible for escorting personalities, close to the government. The car features special equipment for this highly exclusive Prestige model, with the modifications executed at the Henri Chapron workshop. The front and rear compartments were insulated by a rising window partition and the rear console features controls for the car radio, a Jaeger clock, vanity lamps and ashtrays. The interior space is in a beautiful condition, having benefited from a recent restoration. The carpets, upholstery and sunroof have been fully redone. Outside, the paint has been redone in its original black color a few years ago, and shows a nice patina. On the mechanical side, the car has recently benefited from a general overhaul.
