After an initial styling exercise, not necessarily successful, on a Silver Shadow Long Wheel Base, Pierre Scapula designed a new 'Rolls', which he had interpreted and bodied by Michelotti, with whom he became friends. The result, a testament to its owner's refined taste and appreciation of luxury, harmoniously blends the classic elegance of Rolls-Royce with the best of Italian made-to-measure design, which saw its last stirrings in the 1970s.
