Une supercar ? Oui mais aussi ce Bond Bug dont la vitesse de pointe peut dépasser les 200 km/h ! Evidemment à l'origine, il s'agissait d'un Bond Bug 700 ES. La Bug est la dernière auto produite par Bond. Voulue et dessinée par Ogle, carrosserie conçue par Reliand en polyester et assemblée chez Bond, elle se positionne comme un cyclecar tricyle « sportif «. Il s'agit d'un véhicule typique des années 70 avec sa couleur unique sur le nuancier d'époque : orange ! Le précédent propriétaire, un franco-anglais a décidé de modifier le moteur d'origine par un Yamaha YZF-R1 de 1000 cc, 4 cylindres, 4 temps avec une boîte 6 vitesses ! Les trains roulants ont évidemment été revus pour supporter la puissance. Le tableau de bord de la moto a été également placé sur la Bug. Il s'agit d'une véritable rocket, immatriculée en carte grise française tricycle. La transformation, non indiquée sur le titre de circulation, a été magnifiquement réalisée et dans les moindres détails ; elle est même dotée d'un chauffage. Ce Bug sera livré avec les portes d'origine, non montées. Cela en fait un véhicule atypique qui concurrencera avec brio les Smart Brabus dans la circulation citadine ! Très impressionnant ! A supercar? Yes! But also this Bond Bug, whose top speed can exceed 200 km/h! Obviously, originally it was a Bond Bug 700 ES. The Bug was the last car produced by Bond. Designed by Ogle, the body was made by Reliant in fiberglass, and then assembled at Bond. The Bug was positioned as a «sporting» three-wheeled cyclecar. This is a typical 1970s vehicle, with its unique color: a bright orange! The previous owner, a Franco-English, decided to modify the original engine by inserting a Yamaha YZF-R1's, a 1-litre 4-cylinders, 4-stroker with a 6-speed gearbox! The running gears have obviously been modified to support the power. The motorcycle's dashboard was also placed on this Bug. This is a real rocket, registered with a French tricycle registration card. The transformation, not indicated on the title, was beautifully carried out and in every detail; it even has heating. This Bug will be delivered with the original doors, unassembled. This makes it an atypical vehicle, which can compete with a Smart Brabus in city traffic! A very impressive machine!
