La voiture restera dans ce garage pendant 22 ans sans rouler. C'est au décès de ce premier propriétaire que les héritiers concèdent de vendre la Belle à l'actuel passionné du modèle. Celui-ci va la confier à son agent pour une remise en route, la révisant totalement, changeant les éléments détériorés par le temps comme la suspension, les durites, le réservoir, la pompe à essence, les quatre pneus et l'échappement. He used the car for the odd weekend and holiday, but then lost his sight suddenly through an illness. Unable to use it, he put the car away in his heated garage. It was simply washed, without water, once a month. The car had covered just 20,300 km since leaving the factory and had never been taken out in the rain. It remained in the garage, without being driven, for 22 years. When the first owner died, his heirs agreed to sell this sleeping beauty to the current owner, who is passionate about this particular model. To make the car road-worthy, he gave it to his agent, who carried out a full service, and changed any parts that had deteriorated over time, such as the suspension, hoses, fuel tank, fuel pump, the four tyres and the exhaust.
