Constituée d'un châssis en tubes carrés et d'une carrosserie en fibre de verre dont les moules avaient été formés sur un modèle original de 1965, offrant une ressemblance quasi parfaite, la voiture que nous présentons est équipée d'un V8 Ford 429 Cobra Jet dont la préparation offrirait près de 500 cv selon ce qui a été rapporté au propriétaire, avec collecteur d'admission Edelbock, carburateur Holley et beaux caches-culbuteurs en aluminium siglés "Cobra". Il est accolé à une transmission automatique C6 et la voiture dispose d'une suspension arrière Jaguar indépendante et de quatre freins à disques. L'intérieur affiche une belle batterie d'instruments SW et de harnais Simpson. De nombreux accessoires de finition proviennent de Shelby American, ce qui donne un certain parfum d'authenticité.
