1983 PORSCHE 944 Série : WP0ZZ94ZEN402088 CG COLLECTION Les Porsche à moteur avant étaient prévues pour moderniser l'image vieillissante de la célèbre 911 et assurer un comportement routier plus équilibré grâce à une meilleure répartition des masses. Véritable moteur Porsche (un demi-V8 de 928), il présente l'attrait d'avoir des arbres d'équilibrage tournant à contre-sens offrant une souplesse remarquable pour un 4 cylindres valant celle de certains 6 cylindres concurrents. Avec une puissance de 163 cv, la 944 s'autorise tout de même 220 km/h de pointe. En juin 1981, la voiture est présentée au public, la production démarre en novembre et sa commercialisation a lieu fin 1981. Dès le mois d'avril et mai 1982, les marchés américains et anglais reçoivent à leur tour la 944. L'année suivante, la 50 000 ème sort des usines, démontrant l'attrait de ce véhicule auprès du public. En 1991, après 10 ans de production et 176 126 exemplaires vendus à travers le monde, les 944 voient leur production s'arrêter et laisser la place aux nouvelles 968, basées sur les 944. A n'en pas douter il s'agit d'une vraie Porsche, facile à vivre. A noter qu'il y a un problème de butée d'embrayage. L’exemplaire que nous proposons à la vente a été acquise par son propriétaire actuel en Espagne il y a quelques années, depuis lors l’arbre transaxe ainsi que les freins ont été remplacés. There's no doubt about it, this is a true Porsche, easy to live with.
