Literature
A. Caròla-Perrotti, Le Porcellane napoletane dell'Ottocento, 1807-1860 (1990) cat.no.169
This exceptionally large tray appears rather unique in its size when looking at pieces of Poulard Prad decorated by Giovine. The surface, as Carèla-Perrotti describes (op.cit p.171)lends itself very well for decoration of some of the most famous views of the Kingdom.
