A pair of vases in veined beige marble with gilt-bronze mount, early 19e century Ovoid in shape with a small, flared neck, they feature rich decoration consisting of a foliage frieze, lion's muzzles with rings, a frieze of water leaves, and pearls. (missing pieces, restorations), 16.5cm wide, 14.5cm deep, 30cm high (6in wide, 5 1/2in deep, 11 1/2in high).
