268. 268W Circular pedestal table in patinated bronze and gilt bronze from the first part of the 19th century, the uprights with lion heads. A French ormolu and patinated bronze guéridon, early 19th century The circular brèche d'Alep repaired marble top with pierced vine and channelled gallery with guilloche moulding, above three ring bearing lion head and piastre scrolling legs terminating in acanthus and hairy paw feet and joined by a marble circular platform with foliate collar and fan-shaped lower border, and a tripartite stretcher with berried foliate mount and pine cone finial, on brass castors, 66cm in diameter, 79cm high (25 1/2in in diameter, 31in high).
