Almost certainly from a Prajnaparamita Sutra, compare with related manuscripts in the Nalin Collection (Kerin, Artful Beneficence, 2009, p. 86, no. 46a-c.) and the Zimmerman Family Collection (Pal, Art of the Himalayas, 1991, pp. 43-44 and 193).
