29. 29W A French walnut, burr walnut and fruitwood marquetry bureau de changeur, part early 18th century Inlaid overall with scrolling foliage, the rectangular hinged top with central reserve, concealing an interior fitted with four variously shaped drawers, above a kneehole door inlaid with a bird and flanked by two drawers, on square tapering later legs, 108cm wide, 60cm deep, 83cm high (42 1/2in wide, 23 1/2in deep, 32 1/2in high).
