3. A Meissen figure of a vintner, circa 1745
Modelled by J.J. Kaendler, wearing a hod of grapes on his back and carrying grapes and a grape sickle in his right hand, and eating a grape with the left, wearing a large black hat, red-lined turquoise waistcoat, white shirt and breeches and black shoes with burgundy ribbons, the base applied with leaves and a flower, 18.5cm high, crossed swords mark in blue, black-painted collector's number 357.
