For Second Thoughts van Luit let a brain scan be made in a private clinic in Germany, out of which he chose, and adapted, 12 pictures. These were cut out of a copper plate and form together the brain of the artist, representing his thoughts and ideas. Some of these slices are folded in an angle of 90°, they can be placed in each possible way, on the ground, in or around corners
